We currently live in the Chicago area but have dreamed of retiring in the Phoenix area. We noticed Jim's ad in the Chicago paper, regarding this being an ideal time to buy in the Phoenix area, as property values were lower than they have been in years.
We contacted Jim and he went to work for us. Since we were not familiar with all the areas around Phoenix, Jim assisted us in finding a nice home in a nice neighborhood just like we wanted.
